Meatball Sub Casserole
35-36 frozen meatballs*, (thawed)
1 loaf of Italian or French bread, cut in 1 inch slices
4 oz. softened cream cheese (˝ of an 8 oz block)
Ľ cup mayonnaise
˝ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
dash of black pepper
1 ˝ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (14 oz.) jar traditional spaghetti sauce
˝ cup water
1 clove garlic, minced (optional, but we like garlic so I use
it)
Grease with olive oil or cooking spray, a 9 inch square glass
pan;
cover bottom of pan with bread slices. Mix mayo, cream cheese,
Italian seasoning, pepper together and spread on the bread.
Sprinkle with about Ľ cup of the mozzarella. Combine sauce,
