Elegant Chicken Casserole
5 boneless chicken breasts (5 halves)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup wine, white
10 slices Swiss cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Cut up raw chicken in chunks. Put raw chicken in 9x11 inch pan.
Cover
with cheese. Mix soup and wine together and pour over cheese.
Mix
crumbs and butter and spread on top. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at
350
degrees
