cucumber and tomato in yoghurt

150g cucumber chopped finely
150g tomatoes chopped finely
300ml yoghurt beaten
salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons sunflower oil
1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 teaspoons coriander leaves chopped
Mix together the cucumber tomatoes yoghurt salt and sugar
Heat the oil in a small pan.
Add the mustard and cumin seeds.
As soon as they finish crackling pour the seeds and the oil over
the yoghurt.
Serve cold with a sprinkling of coriander
This recipe is for a salad that is served with any spicy meal to
tone down the burn.
