750g pork fillet, trimmed
30g butter
2 onions, sliced
1 tbs plain flour
1 cup dry white wine
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1 cup thickened cream
Ľ tsp salt
Ľ tsp cracked black pepper
Cut pork into thin strips. Heat the butter in a large frying pan
